Acceptance of Agreement

By accessing or using this service, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions in full. Continued use after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and the service.

Account Registration

Certain features require creation of an account with a valid email and password. You warrant that all registration information is accurate and up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. Any misuse or unauthorized access is your sole responsibility.

Use Restrictions

You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. Prohibited activities include spamming, phishing, and distributing harmful code. You must not attempt to disable or bypass security mechanisms. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

User Submissions

Any text, images, or other materials you upload remain yours, subject to a license grant enabling service operation. You represent that you have all rights needed for each submission. The service may remove content that violates these Terms or any law. You indemnify all claims arising from your submissions.

Pricing and Payment

Access to premium features requires payment of the fees displayed at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated. You agree to pay any applicable taxes. Failure to pay may result in suspension of paid features.

Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least forty-eight hours before renewal. You can disable auto-renewal in your account settings. Disabling future renewal does not refund the current period. You remain responsible for any charges incurred prior to cancellation.

Service Changes

The service may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time, for any reason. Significant changes will be announced at least seven days in advance. No compensation is due for modifications or discontinuations. Continued use signifies acceptance of the changes.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or for operational reasons. You will receive notice when feasible. Upon termination, all licenses granted herein cease immediately. You must stop using and delete any downloaded materials.

Intellectual Property

All software, design, logos, and trademarks are owned by their respective rights holders. You receive no ownership rights beyond the limited license to use the service. Unauthorized copying or distribution of proprietary materials is prohibited. Violators may face civil or criminal penalties.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. All express or implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You assume all risks associated with use.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the relevant jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved first through negotiation and then, if necessary, by binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction. Each party bears its own legal fees unless otherwise ordered. Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder.
